The characterization team is looking for a circuits measurement engineer.

• You will characterize integrated circuits using advanced FDSOI CMOS platforms for quantum computing applications.


• You will prepare room and low temperature setups to characterize the performance of various circuits for qubits control and read-out.


• You will create, implement and optimize test routines.


• You will generate technical reports and feedback on the performance of the circuits.


• You will help inform key go/no-go decisions of future circuits design and architecture.


• Collaborate with talented people, in a culture of transparency and autonomy.


• Work hand in hand with our technical teams.


• Contribute to the success of the industrial collaborations with CEA and CNRS.

• You have a PhD in Solid-State Physics, Electronics Engineering, related fields, or equivalent industry experience.


• You have knowledge in CMOS circuits operation and figures of merit, in particular cryo-CMOS.


• You have Python skills to develop tests and analysis routines.


• You have good verbal and written communication skills (English).
